Nayla Hayek is Chair of the Board of Directors of Swatch Group. Together with here brother Nick Hayek, he is President of the Executive Group Management Board and member of the Board of Directors, she continuous the family saga her father Nicolas G. Hayek (†2010) started in 1980 when he first became strategic consultant of the Group and he defined the guidelines for the merger of ASUAG-SSIH, and developed the future strategy of the Swatch Group. Nicolas G. Hayek then was Chairman and Delegate of the Board of Directors of the Swatch Group from 1986 to 2010.
Swatch Group recently bought Harry Winston and as always is very active and busy in the world of the Swiss watch industry.
