It has all the Touch features, from the curved touchscreen and built-in backlight to finger-tap and side-swipe access to six timing functions.

Swatch Touch Zero One is a touchscreen Swatch with finger-fun access to multiple Beach Volley functions right on the Swatch, and tons more information when connected to the free Touch Zero One App (Android and iOS).

It’s a Swatch, so there’s no need to charge it up every night – the standard Swatch battery lasts for almost a year (depending on the use of course).

Even before it’s hooked up to the Android and iOS App, three Beach Volley functions are right at your fingertips on the touchscreen display.

So guys this is ONLY the first step of the Swatch Group entering the fitness and smart watch segment. Already the name leaves much space for many more new products…

Swatch Touch Zero One, Swatch Touch Zero Two, Swatch Touch Zero Three, …

Let the games begin! I’ll stick with Pebble. They announced a new user friendly System Development Kit (SDK) today. It is free to use and completely open so anyone can develop apps for Pebble. You can charge money for your app too. That is your business.
