Sporty, authentic and versatile
The Belisar Chronograph Sport makes a striking impression in many ways, from its carbon bezel to it’s screwed-down rubber flanks. Yet even more impressive is how it masters to create a sporting new look every day. As it comes with no less than three interchangeable straps which make this watch the perfect accessory for any occasion. It’s inner drive comes from the UNG 27.01 mechanical movement with a power reserve of up to 60 hours.
The watch comes with a vintage looking calfskin leather strap , a sporty black rubber strap and a sturdy reinforced fabric strap. Each of them can be easily changed and thus creating a new look to match every style possible. The design features a bezel created from carbon. This material with it’s classic fibre structure gives the timepiece a sporty feel and is highlighted by screwed-down and rubber-coated flanks. The crown and push-buttons feature steel-coloured symbols which are inset with black varnish. They feature an “U” for Union Glashütte as well as start/stop and reset icons. The date correction push-button at 10 o’clock is identifiable thanks to a stylised calendar page.
Skeletonised hands sweep over the finely structured dial. The hands and hour markers are filled with Super-LumiNova® which guarantee an optimal readability even at night. Through the slightly domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both faces you have a great visibility on the dial from all angles. Its good looks are also visible from the back. Here, the sapphire case-back allows you to see the movement which is assembled, finished and provided with a custom-made rotor and bridges. All of this is almost entirely made by hand in Glashütte.
